Terms of service
Last updated 7 September 2026
These terms cover your use of reflex, a Notion automation service operated by Company Flow Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202442050M), trading as workFlowers, a company incorporated in Singapore and registered at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, SBF Center, Singapore 068914. “We” and “us” mean that company. Using reflex means you accept these terms.
The service
reflex runs the automations you build against the Notion workspace you connect. You need your own Notion account, and you must have the right to connect the workspace and the databases you point flows at.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. A subscription covers one reflex account and the Notion workspace you connect to it; your plan’s limits on members and connections are shown in the app. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Trial and billing
- Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required and nothing renews automatically from the trial.
- After the trial, reflex is $9 per Notion workspace per month, in US dollars, billed monthly in advance. Paid billing goes live at launch; until then no charge is taken and accounts run on the trial.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.
- If we change the price, existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice by email.
Fair use
The paid plan is flat rather than metered and carries no monthly run cap. Individual safeguards still apply — a single loop step processes a bounded number of items, and the free trial carries a monthly run allowance — so a runaway flow cannot run away indefinitely. If an account’s usage becomes a problem for the service we will contact you rather than silently cut you off; new runs may be held in the meantime.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use reflex to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- send spam, or move data you have no permission to move;
- attack, overload or probe our systems, or those of Notion or any service you send webhooks to;
- resell reflex as your own product without our agreement.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.
Your content
Your Notion content and your flow definitions remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service on your behalf — reading, transforming and writing the data your flows specify. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy, and how we protect it in our security page.
Availability
We aim to keep reflex running around the clock but do not promise uninterrupted service. Notion’s API, its rate limits and its webhook delivery are outside our control, and maintenance may cause short interruptions. Scheduled flows fire at minute resolution, not to the second.
No warranty
reflex is provided “as is”. Automations act on your live Notion data, so test a flow before you publish it. We are not responsible for the consequences of a flow you built doing exactly what it was configured to do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses.
Ending the agreement
Cancel any time from the app or by emailing us. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms. On termination we stop running your flows and delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use reflex after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
